INTERNAL MEDICINE

The internal medicine team is comprised of Sandra Levitt MD, Melissa Coats ND, Heather Paulson ND, Linda Farris, RN, MSN, FNP-BC, Jeanine Hjelt, PA-C.  The Internal medicine team cares for adults age 15 and up. Our focus is the treatment of general medical problems, performing physical exams and promoting wellness. Our dedicated staff of doctors, nurse practitioners and Physicians assistants ensures that you will be treated promptly and caringly.
