Sandra L. Levitt, MD

Dr. Levitt is an Internal Medicine Physician. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona Medical College, and has been practicing medicine since finishing Internal Medicine Residency at Northwestern Medical School in Chicago, Ill., in 1990.  First practicing in New Mexico, and later in Tempe, Arizona starting in 1996, Dr Levitt is
the founder of Innovative Primary Care.
