Joan lapointe-Kelto PA-C

Joan (originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan) is a 2013 A.T. Still University (Mesa, Arizona) graduate, where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree. She is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2013. She was an Indian Health Service Scholar, who committed service to the Indigenous Peoples community. Joan started her career, working for a Native American community health clinic in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, before deciding to trade the snow for sunshine and relocating back to Arizona. She has been working with the local community in Mesa & Gilbert, as a family practice provider since 2016. Joan’s goal as a provider is to provide individual care and to empower her patients to take charge of their health. 

When Joan is not busy with her Physician Assistant duties, she enjoys trail running, hiking, cooking, gardening, art projects, and spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
